In order to open account with Dina Management you must complete our Application Form for compliance and KYC verification.
Once approved you will receive your personal account login and password to our online active client area, and one of your dedicated Dina Management team members will contact you to discuss your investments requirements and strategise a plan moving forward.
This page outlines the fees and costs associated with investing in corporate bonds and managed investment schemes (MIS). All fees are indicative and provided for general information purposes only. This information does not constitute personal financial advice.
1. Transaction / Facilitation Fees
- Equities & Securities Execution. A fee of $50.00 per trade for transactions up to $20,000.00. For transactions exceeding $20,000.00, a fee of 0.25% of the total trade value will apply.
- Corporate Bond Distribution: Placement / Secondary market transaction fee 0.20% of notional bond value. Also, 0.25% Credit Default Swap (CDS) Protection fee of notional bond value.
2. Managed Investment Scheme (Proprietary)
| Management Fee | 1.50% per annum of invested capital. |
| Performance Fee | 10% of returns above benchmark or hurdle rate. |
2. Custodial & Depository Services
| Annual Custody Fee | 0.10% of assets under custody. |
| Corporate Actions / Reporting | Included in custody fee; special processing may incur additional nominal fees. |
