Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Finlay is the Founder and CEO of Dina Management Ltd. He provides strategic leadership and direction for the company, from operations, and long-term business objectives while ensuring the organisation continues to develop and succeed in its industry.

Hudson Barker, CFO

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Barker is responsible for financial planning and budgeting, managing cash flow and expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting, while advising the CEO and leadership on financial strategy and risks.

Ada Ellen Flinn, COO

Chief Operations Officer

Mrs. Flinn is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, implementing business strategies, optimising efficiency, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.

Mrs. Wilson is responsible for managing and overseeing client accounts, ensures accurate processing of transactions, and provides high-level support to maintain strong client relationships.

Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Thompson ensures the firm adheres to financial regulations, mitigates risks, and maintains ethical standards. He develops and enforces compliance policies, monitors regulatory changes, conducts audits, and oversees AML/KYC procedures.
